CS Group was founded by Christina and Stephane Ellul Vincenti with a clear vision to redefine the standard of residential and commercial property solutions in Malta through a structured, transparent, and client-focused approach.
What began as a shared vision and industry partnership evolved into CS Group in 2018, driven by a passion for creating refined spaces and delivering a more seamless experience within the property industry.
Over the years, the company has grown from a small hands-on operation into a trusted turnkey company delivering residential, commercial, and investment projects across Malta. Today, with a dedicated in-house team of specialists and a commitment to quality at every stage, CS Group continues to deliver spaces designed with purpose, functionality, and lasting value.

Ivan Dario Rodriguez Martinez
Project Manager
As Project Manager at CS Group, Ivan oversees project planning, execution, and delivery. Known for his organizational and problem-solving skills, Ivan ensures that projects meet their deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Ivan also manages teams, coordinates schedules and resources, and handles client communication to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

With strong organisational and time management skills, Melanie plays a key role in maintaining efficient workflows and supporting both the team and client experience.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Aleksandra also manages billing processes, maintaining accuracy, transparency, and strict adherence to budgets and timelines.
