We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily execution of works across our Residential and Commercial projects. You will lead site teams, coordinate labour, supervise subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the quality standards expected by CS Group.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will organise daily activities, resolve routine site issues, maintain productivity and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience supervising construction or renovation projects.

This role is much more than driving. You will be responsible for planning daily deliveries, transporting materials, tools and equipment between suppliers, stores and project sites, ensuring our teams have everything they need to keep projects running efficiently.
Working closely with the Site Supervisor, you will coordinate daily logistics, organise delivery schedules, and ensure materials arrive safely, on time and in the correct order. Your ability to plan ahead and understand construction materials will directly contribute to the successful delivery of our residential and commercial projects.
Requirements:
