CS Group was founded by Christina and Stéphane Ellul Vincenti with a shared vision to raise the standard of property spaces in Malta through quality, integrity and a more considered approach.
What started as a complementary partnership, combining strategic vision with technical expertise, has grown into a trusted company known for delivering exceptional spaces and seamless experiences across residential, commercial and investment projects.
From our first project to where we are today, our growth has been driven by the same core values: collaboration, attention to detail and a genuine passion for what we do. With a dedicated in-house team and a network of trusted partners, we continue to create spaces that add lasting value for our clients, our communities and the future of Malta’s built environment.

Her focus spans strategy, operations and client experience, with a hands-on approach to developing the Group, strengthening its culture and ensuring that its standards are reflected across every part of the business.

Stéphane Ellul Vincenti
Co-founder & Director
Stéphane brings extensive hands-on experience and technical knowledge to CS Group, with a deep understanding of what it takes to turn a project from concept into a finished space.
His practical approach and attention to detail play an important role in how projects are planned, coordinated and delivered. With a strong focus on quality, problem-solving and workmanship, Stéphane helps ensure that every project reflects the standards on which CS Group has been built.
